Bad service - PAXI

I collected my parcel at PEP Northmead Mall, it is opened and licking. I sent a message to your whatsapp number *** being assisted by Khanyisile who is not helping me, I quote her response "But when you were buying a bag did you not see the prohibited items because liquids are not allowed to be sent for reasons like this parcel and the couriers probably opened it because there are not supposed to be sent"... My argument is that why did PEP Fort Beaufort accepted it because I don't read what's written on bag I just send, they should have said so or the couriers after opening it why didn't they send it back? instead they left it opened... Ask Northmead PEP for a footage you will see. D***... That Khanyisile lady is so unprofessional how do I respond to "Ma" really
