Bad Service & pathetic excuses

<p>i am tired of going into our local peps in Kareedouw. The lines are always hectic with only one teller working. The week before last i was there and had a whole lot of goods i wanted to buy, when i got to the till i was told the computer system is down and that i should come back later. Last week was a story about hangers i got on the shelf and when i got to the till i was told that i cannot buy the hangers as the special was over (this has also happend once before) !!! Then today i go in to change a pair of shoes i bought that are too small & i get told to come back later as their computers are down????? so i ended up taking the shoes to Joubertina to change. this is really pathetic and i will never support this PEP again.</p>
