Bad service one hell of a torture.

The service of PAXI it is so frustrating, it is one month without any movement of my parcel... Sent the parcel on the 6th of July, I have a daughter who ihas eczema we depend on the medication which its in that parcel... Am panicking it is a month not using the medication, yet paxi don't even bother to tell me anything. I don't know how many times I have made calls, but seems like they ghosting me... It is so depressing.
