Bad service Maxi Pep

Bad bad service at Pep. My parcel was sent over 2 week ago from PE to jhb. Today i tracked the parcel and it showed that its ready for collection, i then went to Pep Cell Southdale the lady who was helping saw it there but they refused to give it to me, had to go back only because i don't have the collection pin. Was sent back, now i must wait for the pin. The parcel is been with them for over 24 hrs.
