Bad Service from so called Manager (PEP in Small Street,Johannesburg)

hi I bought a phone on friday the 25-01-2019 at PEP in small street Johannesburg Vodacom kic 3 , when i got home the phone freezes so went back today 28-01-2019 to get an exchange what a bad attitude from Junior or Mduduzile who is so called manager stupid person that i ever met. who did not want to change the phone giving a bad attitude but on the receipt it tells us about the 7 days but the guy refused at all to help, I wonder why would Vodacom give those people their product to be sold but they dont care as long a they made sales for them its fine.
