Bad service from shop assistant

I went in to pep stores Oudtshoorn (High Street) to go and look for shoes for my toddler. I asked once of the shop assistants , i got ignored the first time so i asked the same guy again if heard what i asked for, he said yes i heard me but he needs to go to the back quickly (damn rude) . So i looked around while i was waiting then i saw him after a while and asked if he could help me, he ignored me flat so i decided to walk out the door instead of being made a fool by someone who cant help me Very rude and very unprofessional.
