Bad service from pepcell/vodacom mapnya mall

I wrote to hellopeter two weeks back regarding the bad service I received from pep cell in maponya(the one next to matrix computer shop) to fix my sons .The on/off button is not working,I was told that vodacom efuse to fix the phone because there are *****s missing,there is no way my five years old son can open the front part of the phone when he doesnt even know where to get the battery.

I only received an email that someone will contact me,to date no one from pep cell or vodacom has tried calling me.

I need my sons phone fixed,somene please take responsibility and do the right thing.
