Bad service from PepCell Jabulani Mall

I bought a phone for my mom 23 Oct...hardly end of December The phone froze,we took it back to them the lady is unreasonable,they told us She will NOT get a phone till February we opted to add money and take another one She Plain refused and told us to buy another phone...I want my refund because clearly they do not care what happens to their customer's...How can one stay without a Phone that had a FACTORY fault for more than 60 days
