Bad service from Pepcell

I am deeply disappointed at the messed up service that I received from Pepcell in Protea Glen mall. I bought a phone and it gave me problems with a speaker. I booked the phone in for 9weeks and after a very long wait, I received my phone, but it had the same problem. The staff there is very rude and they can't explain anything. I need to book my phone in again, but I can't wait 9 weeks again. Can someone in management please help, because this is very frustrating.
