Bad service from pep witpoortjie

I bought my router at Pep Witpoortjie was faulty I returned it they booked it in for repairs, came back the same way mind you they they gave me a newer router I took it back. The store manager and area manager have absolutely no care for clients I cannot wait for another 6 weeks it’s an inconvenience for me to be driving back and forth to the same store with no resolution. I want my refund I work from home and I need use it. Bad service totally and to top it all the employees that were there trying to assist could not do anything beyond all they could on the day text messages were sent to the managers the other one chose not to respond what a wow Pep witpoortjie managers need to do better!!!!
