bad service from pep to pep delivery

a parcel has been send from Bloemfontein to East London on the 12 July with pep to pep service we are trying to track this parcel since 22nd July which is over the "so called" date it normally take to deliver Well it seem the parcel is on route I wonder where now they put the reason for the delay on the unrest and lootery in Durban I track the parcel and and find it was send to Durban with a East Londen address and today 26 July the parcel is in transport from Durban to who know where the branch in East Londen Queen str. do not even answer phone call go directly to a answer machine so what now? this is horrible service and it seem to be a popular way to send parcels from pep to pep the only popularity for me now is hoping and waiting to receive my parcel
