BAD SERVICE FROM PEP STORES UMZIMKULU MALL

<p>I bought a Table at Pep stores in Umzimkulu Mall on the 4th August 2016 and it had factory problems I returned it the next thursday the 11Th August I was first told thursday to thursday it 8 days and not seven days I'm not sure which calender they are using up until today I still haven't received it. they are telling me they are waiting for MTN to get stock they can't even give me my money back. When I call MTN all they tell me it I'm sorry Maam we do not have stock I don't know how they define customer service but they simple don't care about their customers. I will never set my foot on that store as long as I live I feel like I've donated my R1000.00 to someone I don't know cause Its obvous they are not willing to give me my money back or a New Tablet. That moment when a you call a Store manager and they just tell you I'ms sorry there is nothing I can do.</p>
