Bad service from Pep store Vanderbijlpark

I went to Pepstore Vandebijlpark (the one close to capetic bank) I was going to return pants I had bought a few days ago. The staff there was terrible to me. When I got to the till a staff member the woman I could say is 50- 60 years. The cashier spoke rudely to me, she asked why I was returning the pants I told her its small, she said you are gaining weight I rep**** and said yes ,the pants were a size 30 she continued and said maybe you should get a 34 and she continued being rude while the other staff members including the manager where busy making remarks and laughing. I did not like the way I was treated at that store I wanted to continue shopping but after that I just left. I have worked in retail before and staff are taught that they should treat customers right but what the treatment I got I was not happy. I usually shop at the pep store at checkers where the staff is just friendly it was my first time going to that branch because I was in a hurry. I am never going back there again. BAD SERVICE EVEN FROM THE MANAGEMENT STAFF!!!
