bad service from pep store in vandabijlpark next to makro

I bought a hisense phone at pep next to makro in vandabijlpark, the phone doesn't connect to Wi-Fi and it doesn't have data usage it is just useless. as an old man I went back to the shop to complain. I either wanted a refund or top up an amount for a better phone but they refused. they took my money and the phone I didn't get assistance. they were very rude to me. I wish I never bought a phone there. they have bad service
