BAD SERVICE FROM PEP CELL IN ELDORADO PARK

I bought a Hisense phone at PEP Cell in Eldorado Park Ext 5, I had the phone for 4 months and it just switched off could not go on anymore. I than took the phone back to PEP because when I bought it the cashier said if anything is wrong with the phone and its still in the one year guarantee they will fix it. I took the phone the 07th December 2023 in and they said 6 weeks to fix it, today is the 15 February and still no one has called to give feedback on when my phone will be ready for collection. How can a phone take up to 2 months to fix. They way I feel they must replace my phone with a brand new phone, because it looks more like the phone is gone. This is the worse service I have every experienced in my life.
