Bad Service from PEP

Today the 1st April 2024. Pep Pietretief by Taxi Rank refused to help my Grand mother to withdraw Standardbank instant money. They reported that they do not withdraw Standardbank instant money but Standardbank message says we can withdraw at PEP.
