Bad service from Pep

I bought a SIM card at Pephome Lephalale mall ..only to find out that they gave me a SIM card that has been Ricad more than 90 days yet they requested my ID and proof of address ..I have failed to do a sim swap ..which has resulted in huge impacted ...I can't not use my SIM card to complete my studies..
