Bad Service from Customer Service

I bought a phone from PeP and it was faulty, took it back and it was booked for repairs now am told I must wait for an sms, its my only phone so where will i get the sms as my sim card is not in a phone. Messaged their customer care and they are ignoring me, what a horrible service, which I have bought a phone somewhere else, see me again buying a phone even for anyone at PeP I will be damned. Am so fustrated as I don't have a contact number as it is so I must be busy going back to the store to check...
