Bad service from Amen Pitose staff no 127637

I just received a very disturbing bad service at PEP store at randburg close to taxi rank. I'm there to buy and I have things that I needed to put at parcel counter. And my lunch box(chips) was one of the things . I gave the staff to put for me and when he tried to put in the parcel counter the plastic hit the wood which made the plastic fell and my lunch was all over the floor. The thing that made me upset is that staff member never apologized instead he made excuses saying my plastic was already torn up and weak when I gave him . I asked the manager and he told the staff member to apologize and give me money for my lunch but he also disrespected the manager and asked him why he doesn't give money. All I wanted was an apology not refund but he didn't.
