<p>i would like to lodge a complain agist pep store,i have deposited money for someone at pep store and sent the numer to the person who i was depositing to.To my suprice the person i was depositing the money phoned and told me the withdrawal number is incorrect.I went to pep store at Bara Mall the told me they wont help me i must call their call centre on ********** 765.which i phoned them and explained my story to her and she told me i must go and open a case however she is not giving me assuracne that they will give me my money back.To my surprice the money was taken out at East London within 3 hours and the person i was deposit to she is at new castle. </p>
