Bad service for my money that I paid for.

PEP Eastrand Mall I received a very bad service from the cashiers at that store. I went to return a shirt for my son as it was tearing and he only worn it twice, I lost my receipt they said they can't help because of looting that happened four months ago. It sad because I paid for the product.
