Its very disappointing from the treatment I got from pep store in Brits shop no 6657 Marry Avenue Brits.

I paid Pep account R150 on the 1st March 2024 which was on Friday Before 12Pm. Then they gave me the slip, cause I didn't think anything could go wrong I didn't keep the slip with me throw it away. Then I stated getting messages stating that I didnt the account. I went to the same store I showed them the message on the app, and asked if I should bring a bank statement or could they atleast do a reprint for that day.

So it's draining cause am spending money calling and taking a taxi to town. I really love Pep Stores but this is disappointing
