Bad service

Went to pep Vanderbiljlpark to get a school bag for my preschooler. The que was long and only 3 tellers can work on the counter.

I am weeks pregnant and stood in the que for about 20min, I decided to go and ask the teller whether heavily pregnant woman is allowed tp skip the que, she was rude and said I am asking the wrong person and pointed at the manager. I went to the manager and asked she stated that her store has no policy allowing pregnant people to skip the que even after standing long and that I should rather ask the people in the que myself if I can skip the que. It is safe to say Pep Vanderbijlpark has the worst services. I have not had any bad experiences at Pep except at Vanderbijlpark. Date 03-06-2021
