Bad Service

Good day

I would like to lay a complaint about your stuff member:Lindy in Pep Florida Goldman Roodepoort. Pep 0651 Roodepoort

It's my 3rd time experiencing this bad customer service from her.

Firstly, she didn't greet me as a customer even though I greeted her she choose to give me a straight angry face.

Secondly, I asked her to please look on the system the shoes size I wanted she said she can't I should look for myself elsewhere because her system doesn't do that.

Thirdly, I was doing different payments she started shouting at me an gave me a very bad dirty attitude, on why am I making different payment.

This was my 3rd encounter with her an I didn't even want to pay to her because I know her attitude from different occasions, but I had to pay to her as the que was too long, then she gave me the same bad attitude I should not be getting as a buying customer.

I am a very kind person, I understand days are not the same but with her days are the same everytime.

She always shouts at customers an doesn't want to give clients service whenever a customer is asking for a service.

So if possible move her from the customers space she must work elsewhere, where she won't be having contact with customers.

I enjoy shopping at Pep Goldman Roodepoort, but with her attitude l now have to change stores just to avoid her, an that will be such and inconvenience for me and the business needs my sales daily.

So please kindly sort her out so that we continue enjoying shopping at Pep Goldman.
