I must say I am disappointed at the services my Mother receives at Pep Thaba Nchu every time she wants use the Paxi services. The cashiers refuse to help her, stating that she needs to provide a store number for them to process the parcels. I sent a complaint to PEP website, and even today I am still waiting for their response. I am really disappointed, as thought this service was meant to make things easier for those of us who are living far away from home.
