Bad service

Yesterday I went to pep cell in protea gardens I wanted help with scanning documents since I was applying for a loan n the cashier told to go to another pep store since her till didn't have a scan the her other colleagues who had scans on their tills were on lunch ,I then went to the other pep store around the mall I got a bad service from a lady called Dineo no greetings no smiles she scanned my documents n told to wait for a messages ,I waited for abt 20 minutes n went to check on the tell guest what she was no where to be found I ended up leaving the place without getting any good service. Deeply disappointed
