Bad service ever PEP CELL NQANQARHU AND their repair company

Pep cell Nqanqarhu I am disgusted by ur way of dealing with clients. I bought an iPhone 11 pro and after sometime it had a funny noise like it is searching for radio signal. I took the phone in 7 days has already past, so it was going for repairs. At first the manager was rude saying that I will pay for these damages caused by u. I said I'm sure this phone never fell or fell in water and if so I know that I will have to pay. She changed her voice tone asking me for a favour and I refused. After two weeks I received a call that I must log out off iCloud and I asked the manager who contacted me to do so if it was possible for her to assist me as I only have an android phone and it will be difficult for me as I am not used to iPhone and there is no-one at work to assist. She was once again rude raising her voice saying there is no need for me to go to them I can do it on my android phone of which I fail to do so. I went to PEP CELL NQANQARHU and I showed her that it's unavailable to move to the next step it says I must logout on my iPhone but she continued assisting the client. I walked out and I struggled to logout from my android phone. And I contacted the numbers written on the documents I got when my phone was booked in. Yho worst experience ever the lady was so rude shouting at me as to why do I contact them directly I should contact PEP CELL and she continued shouting at me. Said the reason why I am calling is because I need assistance and the person dropped the phone. I will never ever buy from Pep cell as well as Ackerman heir phones are ****ed up
