bad service ever

I've wrote complains twice on this website even today I didn't get help.this is about the phone that was not working I took it back to the store while it was within the 7days warranty but they refused to take it back that time they said there is nothing wrong with the phone,so I decided to leave it with them coz I didn't see the necessity of keeping the phone if it doesn't serve the purpose.afterwards they called me and told me that they've taken it to repair so I didn't get it coz according to them the phone didn't have a problem so how can they take something that is in good condition to repair.even their area manager Ronnie doesn't want to intervene coz we called her so many times but even today we are still struggling and its been a month now.as a customer I feel that my consumer right have been violated coz I bought a phone and I didn't use it even once but they told me it's from repairs.so I don't want anything to do with them anymore I want my money back because I don't want to see them anymore.my heart is broken into pieces coz I used my hard earned cash but now I'm regretting the day I went to that store.
