Bad service

Today I had an awful service from a store manager in Ngebs Mall Mthatha at Pepcell.

I went to store to send a parcel via paxi. I was sending a parcel to Joburg Roodepoort Mall. I gave her the details but she asked me for a store code, I told her I do not know, she must choose any pep store in roodepoort. But she refused to do that, she said I must spell roodepoort, I told her I am not sure but I tried and she said she cannot help mebecause she needs a store code which I do not know. She was so rude to me to a point that I was assisted by another cashier. That cashier did not ask me store code because he was listening to our conversation, he just helped me. I am so disappointed to get such an awful service from a store manager.
