Bad service

I went to withdraw money that was sent to me via PEP store Hlahatsi Mall in Katlehong. I stood in a long queue, when I got to the till I was told that I must go withdraw at ABSA or Standard Bank as they are system is down. I asked them why they don’t write a note for customers to see or rather inform the customers instead of us standing in queue only to find out at the till that they can’t assist. That time I’m heavily pregnant. They said to me they didn’t write a note because sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. But they told me to go to the ATM without even trying to check if it will allow withdrawal or not.
