Bad service

I have bought a zodiac ear piece or earphones 🎧,in marikana pep cell(4491),they are not working properly on me,as when I speak the other person m talking to can't hear me.they say they have tested them,they are working ,bt on me they don't work,they refuse to help me. It's totally bad 2 spend money on something and don't get help when U need it
