Bad Service Delivery

Ordered goods from DealHub 25 October 2020. Delivered at PEP Bela Bela Mall in February 2021. Sent a friend to collect and PEP in Bela Bela stated that someone had collected the parcel. I informed DealHub. Sent another friend last week only to be told a different story that they returned the parcel to PEP Zandsfontein JHB and that they will not be able to redeliver as it was already delivered. PEP in Bela failed to inform me via SMS that the parcel had been delivered for my collection. Ive waited 5 months for this item with excuses after excuses from PEP and no replies from Dealhub either
