Bad Service Dawn Park mall

I bought a cellphone in Alex Pep on Saturday and later on the phone was not working. Went to Dawn Park mall on Sunday to return the phone and Xoliswa said they cannot take the phone i must return it to the original store where i bought and later said that her manager is not around so i must try the other pep store. Went there and Hlengiwe said that head office works Monday to Friday for authorization so they cannot take the phone. I was asked to come during the week and told them i am also working and she said there is nothing they can do and that is after an hour waiting there and they out it on charger to see if its not working. The service is so unprofessional in Dawn Park Mall.
