Bad service

On the 14 th of October i went to Pep Clothing Springs mall and I waited on the Que for like 12 minutes,I couldn't stand on the Que for that long do I just left what I wanted to buy. Then on the 15 th if October 2021 I went to Pep Home Springs Mall to buy what I left at Pep Clothing on the 14th I also stood there for 15minutes ,I am not happy with the service we get from Pep ,the staff is not friendly at all
