Bad service

I bought a cell c sim card at Pep Umkomaas. Cashier, Pearl asked for my FICA documents for RICA purposes, which I gave to her, yet she still did not RICA my sim card. I had to waste airtime trying to call cell c from a different network to find out what's wrong with my new sim. Only to find that my sim was not RICAD. This type of behaviour has cost me money and time since after the long phone calls to cell c I still have to go back to the shop to get my sim RICAd. This type of service is unacceptable
