Bad service Cavendish Square Pep Home

I called Pep Home Cavendish Square to confirm that they have that is advertised online for R100 and they confirmed they have it. I then went there in my lunch time to purchase the bin. I went to take the bin and came to the till and it scanned R140. I let me stand my entire lunch time trying to see what is wrong. They then said something about an SKA which I do not understand. They told me they cant help me and I wasted my entire lunch time for nothing.
