Bad service

It is so annoying and extremely upsetting to get home after you leave a store just to find out that an item that you paid for isn't in the packet. When I called the store, they said they would get back to me immediately but I called again 45mims later just to be told the cashier said he packed everything. It may not have cost me alot and I actually don't mind going to buy another similar item but this is really bad customer service. Very inconvenient and extremely annoying.
