Bad service by PEP SHOP 4770 and PAXI

Poor service by PAXI and pep shop 4770 at polokwane Goods not received since 24 June 2020. Pep manager does not want to give her name. She is rude not helpful. Goods were suppose to be delivered to JHB from polokwane. On their website it reflects they are at Durban hub. No one wants to be accountable. Being phoning both store manager and paxi. Not receiving any service. Logged query on paxi website still no one contacted me
