*****- Bad service

My mom who is a pensioner has an account with pep. She went there to report her card that it's lost, the till operator checked her balance and said she only owes R58 which is what she knew she owed and told her she will block the card no one will be able to buy with it. The next day she received a confirmation that her card has been blocked. This was a month ago. Now around 10 September 2023 she went to try and pay off the R58 they told her she owes R1800. They gave her a number to call and said they cannot put her through the number. All this happend in the Pep store in Kagiso Mall. This is the worst service and they are *****ulent. They prey on the elderly.
