Bad Service , Bad attitude , Very Rude .

On the 17/07/15 i bought a Tablet phone from Pep Cell Store on Rissik Street in Johannesburg. On Saturday the 18/07/15 hardly a day after i had purchased it, it started giving me problems, the phone started freezing. I decided to take it back to the store on monday the 20/07/15 since i knew that it was still under warranty . Got to the store around 4: 40 when i got there i found 2 ladies in the shop in uniform and another guy who wore private , i explained my story to them and to my suprise one of the ladies asked me why i came so late because they were about to close. She then started mopping the floors and just ignored me. The other lady who was behind the till said there is nothing that she can do. The guy who was next to me asked to have a look at the phone to try and fix it. He then suggested that i take the phone to vodafone in South Gate or somewhere around town. I was so ****ed off and i then told the ladies that i will not be taking my phone to any other place as i had purchased the phone from their shop. I told them that i was leaving my phone with them and they need to repair it. They made me fill in a form , left my phone there. No one has even bothered to contact me!!
