Bad service

I had a laybye with pep which i went to pay off yesterday, the lady assisting made me pay this slippers that were in the laybye separate and when i check my receipts in the laybye it was paid but she made me pay again for the shoes claiming they were not scanned but the code clearly appears on my laybye receipt.. If that's how you train your staff to rob people.. I want my refund
