Bad service

So today I went to pep store 6419-Rustenburg I wanted to send money I get there join the que I get to the cashier she doesn't even greet just looks at me than hand her my ID and cash and I say can I send money with an stinking attitude she replies OFFLINE the were two tills next to her and I noticed a guy on those tills taking out his ID and cash and he was assisted so I asked the cashier but wasn't that guy also sending by that till and she says you can go to that till and ask, she didn't have any time at all I went to that till while I was there the first cashier took her jacket and went I guess I was waisting her time since it was her lunch or what I don't know. I get to the second cashier her name was Masego same story she says we offline than I just decided to leave but when I was about to approach the door I thought to myself maybe it's the fourth time coming to this store and whenever I need to send cash they always say they offline so I decided to go back I asked the cashier can I ask how long have you guys been offline she says she doesn't know, I ask what do you mean you don't know and she says I will check if it's working now when I'm done with helping this customer so I waited after she was done I give her the money and ID all off a sudden it went through I asked her come it's no more offline all of a sudden she says I don't know I asked what is the name of the first cashier that was assisting me she asks me what do I want to do with her name and says I must wait for her to come back and ask her myself, I ask for the store manager she says she doesn't know where the store manager so I ask I request to speak to a manager and you saying you don't know where he or she is she says if the manager goes out he reports to the security so I must the security I asked if the manager goes out don't they leave a second in charge she points to another employee on the floor and says there's a second in charge, and she says can I assist other customer I was like I'm still speaking to you as a customer and you telling you want to assist other customers where is your customer service you should learn customer and she replies I don't need to do that, I didn't even bother going to the second in charge because I could see she also lacked management skills because she could see how this cashier was back chatting me and giving me attitude but she wasn't doing anything about it. I have to say this pep has the worst employees I have ever come across in my entire life they are so clueless about customer service and they ***********. Please train your staff on customer service it is terrible!
