Bad Service

I was at Pep today and this lady called Hilda was supposed to help me regarding couriering my package, when i asked her for help she ignored me because its my first time couriering a package to PEP, then when the package went wrong, that i had to buy a new one, mind u i bought all these clothes for my son at PEP.. So i paid 2 129 rands for something that couldve been sorted out the first time. Then instead of helping me she went and told another worker and told her to assist me in afrikaans.. I was very disappointed in the service and staff there with no care at all
