Bad service at Verulam pep store

I was at pep just now to buy a cell phone,by the cell phone side there was no consultant so I look around the store I found a lady lady wearing pep uniform her name tag was hidden with the jacket she had,I asked for help she said'you need to wait I found be that very inappropriate as I was standing there without any one noticing and the I went around to ask for help,she went by the till to work left me there without helping me.i then again went to by the cashier's desk to ask if she was going to help me,she said Huh as if she can't hear me .
