Bad service at Pephome Northgate Mall

On the 28th of September l sent 9 parcels with Paxi @pephome Northgate mall and received only 8 messages and the for the 9th parcel l didn’t. The ladies at that shop are claiming not know it’s whereabouts. The parcel contained staff worthy R4000. The ladies are just saying we are sorry, without providing any solutions or hep To finding the parcel. When asked if the shop had CCTv l was told it didn’t have. I am so frustrated being a customer for Paxi that l lose parcel Worth that much. Please if anyone knows how l can be helped to get my parcel back let me know. 😭😭😭
