Bad service at Pepe Cell Cosmo City Shopping Centre

I hereby complain about a lady working at Pep Cell in Cosmo City Shopping Centre by the name of Valentia or Valencia

She always have a bad attitude not sure if this is towards me or not. I’m hereby laying a complain about her that she must go back to training and be taught customer service.

The other day I went there looking for flash and she assisted me with an attitude and she was talking and when I was asking her what was she saying, she told me she’s not talking to me but that was strange because she was assisting me.

Today I went again to top up my flash me without even taking out the money and tell her what I needed she just told me flash is unavailable because it’s not loaded.

My question is why was I not told that Flash is unavailable when I was outside on the long queue so that I won’t be standing in that queue for nothing, why do I have to find out from the till points.

I find it very rude as I know what customer service is and I believe even when they offline we deserve to know before we waste our time on those queues.

Every store has a certain number of people coming into the store so those queues are actually long since pep has a great clientele.

Please make sure you teach her the correct manner to treat customer pep can’t lose customers because of one rude and *********** employee
