BAD SERVICE AT PEP STORE SESHEGO, POLOKWANE

I got a very bad service at Seshego PEP Store, the teller is very rude and seems not to know why she is hired in the first place. My first encounter, I explained to her that I need to pay OxbridgeAcademy acc with a student number. I explained that the customer usually use it to pay her account at the store. She told me that they are not doing it at the store and she dont even understand it. I left the store and came back, ask the senior Staff member if I am able to pay. She said Yes, I proceeded to the next teller next to her. The same teller who could not help me suddenly said they are offline when I explained to the next tell what i want to pay. It is the experience we are receiving from this store at the end of the month. Customer cant pay specially their Dstv or any other payment from this store.

I had to follow the line twice for the same pay while I could not be help.
