bad service at pep store milnerton

I went to Pep Western Cape (milnerton store) to use paxi services .I waited for assist and I was assisted by the lady her name is Elzanian she arrived very angry telling the lady that called her .she is not the only one who does paxi .From the her attitude was bad .they way she was punching the keyboard .I told her you don't deal with customer that way .She gave me a look and she was chewing gum .please give her post at back office she is not good for your brand
