Bad service at Pep pimville square

Good day,

Trust you are well? Today I went to Pep store at pimville mall and I had one of the best services from one of your Cashier's her name is Samukelisiwe Mazibuko.

I was buying a cable charger and I described to her the kind of cable I needed. She referred me to the cable stop and when I got there I went back to her and I told her that unfortunately I cannot find the cable if she can assist me.

Samukelisiwe called one of her colleague on the floor to assist me but the was no one because I waited more than 5 minutes. I went back to her and I asked her to call the manager on duty which was Nokuthula and she did.

As the manager came I explained the situation to her at 1st she came with an attitude but she ended up helping me out and asked Samukelisiwe to apologize. It's so sad to see how people turn to take their jobs for granted and not practicing good customer service.

Will be looking forward to hearing from you on the outcome.
