Bad service at Pep/ Pexi courier.

So the staff at pep give the i dont care attitude just like their bosses. I reported that my Pexi parcel is missing i don't get any straight answer everyday when ido follow up i get the new story. The parcel was send on the 10th Dec up to this day never arrived .why PEP created this Pexi if you dont kniw how to run this bussiness? You guys those are my kids Christmas clothes now my kids will be crying for Christmas clothes i bought them in time and they send in time i choose 3days option for my parcel. You have poor customer service. .i cant even sleep i regret using this PEXI /PEP service
